Apple Cider Mojito

A fall twist on the classic mojito! The warmth of apple cider meets the freshness of mint – featuring our Coldstream Dark Rum.

Ingredients:

• 1.5oz Dark Rum
• 1/2oz Lemon Juice
• 3-4 Mint Leaves
• 5oz Apple Juice
• Club Soda
• Lemon Wheel
• Cinnamon Stick

Instructions:

1. Muddle mint, dark rum, and lemon juice together
2. Add ice
3. Add apple juice & top with club soda
4. Garnish with lemon wheel & cinnamon stick
