Coldstream Collins

Known for its bright and citrusy flavour profile, the Collins has the unique ability to quench any thirst on a warm sunny day. Sit back, relax, and enjoy our Nova Scotian take on a classic cocktail: the Coldstream Collins. 

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz Coldstream Premium Gin
• 1 ½  oz Strawberry Rhubarb Simple Syrup
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• Club Soda
• Lemon Wheel
• Ice

Instructions:

1. To make Strawberry Rhubarb Simple Syrup, boil equal parts water and sugar along with frozen strawberries and rhubarb – let simmer for 20-30 minute
2. Fill a glass with Ice
3. Add Strawberry Rhubarb Simple Syrup, Gin, & Lemon Juice 
4. Top with Club Soda
5. Garnish with Lemon Wheel
6. Enjoy!
