Your Role:  

Coldstream Clear is seeking a creative, outgoing, and experienced Content Creator to join our team! If you are passionate about storytelling and love creating engaging content, this could be the role for you. As our Content Creator, you will work closely with our Social Marketing Manager to bring the Coldstream brand to life across social media platforms. From brainstorming fresh ideas, to capturing behind the scenes moments, you’ll be responsible for creating high-quality and engaging content that showcases our brand and teams in a creative way.

Key Responsibilities: 

Create

• Work closely with the Social Marketing Manager to execute Coldstream’s content calendars
• Transform ideas into content – from recipe reels to engagement graphics, ensure everything is on-brand and ready to post
• Efficient postproduction photo and video using mobile phone

Ideate

• Brainstorm fresh, attention-grabbing ideas to showcase Coldstream
• Stay ahead of social media trends and apply them in creative ways
• Lead out of the box ideas that tell our story in bold, exciting ways

Manage

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging
• Represent Coldstream in a fun, friendly, and approachable way, both online and in-person

Technical

• Experience operating manual settings of DSLR or Mirrorless Camera
• Ability to work with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
• Knowledge of lighting equipment, setup for product photography

Who you are: 

• A charismatic, well-spoken, and engaging personality – you’re as comfortable hyping up a crowd as you are filming solo
• A team-first mentality – you collaborate, adapt, and bring ideas to life with others
• A natural ability to connect with people
• 2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a similar role
• A strong understanding of social media strategy and trends
• A proven ability to create high-quality, on-brand content – both in visuals and copy
• Experience capturing content via phone & camera
• Strong awareness of the Coldstream brand and growth-minded
• Comfortable being agile and working within a fast-paced, growth-minded organization
